Amy Mundello is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (IMF 96801) who specializes in assisting individuals with their anxiety, grief, depression, PTSD and relationship issues. Her primary goal is to welcome you into a safe and collaborative space in which personal growth can be fostered. Amy works with clients of all ages who need help with stress, adjustment problems, communication problems, grief and loss, and marital and relationship difficulties. Karen Jacka is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW16470) working in the mental health field since 1988. Karen Jacka has been working in private practice for the past 16 year’s specializing in individual, couples, family, and child counseling. Treating issues such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and grief related issues. Karen has also been providing supervision to interns and trainees gaining clinical hours as board certified clinical supervisor. As a clinical supervisor at Deep Wellness Center she is responsibility for providing and ensuring support to her clinical interns. Karen Jacka has experience in vast areas and provides a wealth of knowledge to her interns.
Jazz has over 15 years of experience working in administration and management positions. As a Chief Operating Officer at Deep Wellness Center he is responsible for ensuring staff receives appropriate on boarding along with new hires and orientation. He is responsible for helping DWC to achieve its goals and objectives and increase operating performance. His focus is on marketing, creating business plans, and business development. Other duties include; impacting local communities by representing and positioning DWC, acting as a key team member in ensuring optimal support of staff and practice. Jazz has developed strong business partnering relationships in each of his roles with a demonstrated ability to work with all levels of the organization.
Jackie Chavez is an Associate Social Worker (License #ASW63362) who has earned her Master of Social Work from California State University, Stanislaus. Jackie has worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment facility, non-profit community agency, foster care, outpatient mental health clinic, and correctional setting. Jackie focuses on providing a non-judgmental therapeutic support for adults, couples, teens, and children dealing with severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, anger management, trauma, crisis, and other interpersonal issues. Her goal is to assist clients by providing a safe environment in which they can identify and build on personal strengths to increase skills and the ability to cope with life’s challenges in a healthy manner. Jackie believes that the client is the expert in their own life and values a respectful, collective, and sincere therapeutic alliance with clients in order to achieve their goals.
Joanne Willis is a Marriage, Family, and Child Therapist Intern (IMF#99897) providing psychotherapy to people of all ages. She has extensive experience in working with clients on a variety of issues from depression, anxiety, loss, anger, dealing with difficult situations, relationship issues, parenting struggles, emotional pain, childhood traumas, addictions and codependency, PTSD, and behavior modification. Joanne's work is strength based, with a practical emphasis on the here and now. Her primary approach is cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and solution-focused. Julia is the Office Manager at Deep Wellness Center and is responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency. She is friendly, caring, organized, and truly supports both staff and clients at Deep Wellness Center.
Janet Jorge is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (IMF 82404) who is committed to helping people understand themselves better so that they can make constructive changes in their lives, whether that is to feel less depressed or anxious, to establish more satisfying relationships, or decrease behavioral problems. Janet has provided counseling to individuals, families, couples, adolescents, and children over the past 6 years. She has a humanistic gentle style, and is able to see things from the client's point of view and provide a safe environment for her client's. Her specialties include relationship issues, behavioral problems, depression, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, parenting and life transition issues. Janet has a non-directive approach and utilize CBT, art, and media therapy. She focuses on incorporating Humanistic and Solution Focus therapy techniques into her approach with clients. She has worked with a variety of cultures and ethnic backgrounds. Janet believes in working with individuals, couples and families on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and developing more trust and acceptance, which helps to improve closeness and positive feelings in relationships.

Samantha has experience in a variety of therapy styles including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and play therapy. She views therapy as a collaborative coalition and her role as a therapist is to help individuals process their life struggles and develop self-awareness, insight, meaning and healthy coping skills that allows them to build a sense of empowerment about their inner ability to heal and better manage their difficulties.
